I am a Colorado native and grew up in Colorado Springs. I attended Grand Canyon University where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with my Bachelor of Arts, and with High Distinction with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. My comprehensive training qualifies me to work with a variety of mental health issues, and equips me to help people from all walks of life.
In particular, I enjoy working with those seeking help with anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I have extensive training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, which I use to treat OCD and anxiety. It is a joy to watch the healing that takes place as people recover.
At my practice, I use evidenced-based treatments that are rooted in research. I integrate my expertise in mental health with your preferences. Through this, we can make effective strategies that are personalized for you.
I look forward to meeting you.
